Less than 1% of users explored QuillBot beyond the paraphraser. I co-led a redesign of the site repositioning the platform as a writer's toolkit, not a one hit wonder.

ADT's flagship app had 1.2-star ratings due to poor connectivity, confusing navigation, and missing features. Through continuous discovery and a refreshed UI the app jumped to 5 stars with 1M downloads.
No More Mailed Catalogs To Customers
Masonite's website was a catalog built for suppliers, not homeowners. I led the strategy and executed the site's redesign transforming it into to a catalog site to an experiential one.
You Can't A/B Test The Couch
Redbox wasn't losing to Netflix. It was losing to the couch. I built the UX research practice from zero, introduced behavioral validation into roadmap planning, and turned customer insight into an expected part of how product decisions got made.
